Meet Jyoti
Hey there, I'm Jyoti Jani, the founder of Spille: Play. With a knack for spinning tunes as a DJ, guiding teams as an engineering leader, and designing innovative solutions as an organizational designer, I've worn many hats in my career.

Jyoti Jani founded Spille:Play after 13 years as an engineering and program leader at Boeing, where she led culture transformation, enterprise learning strategy, and psychological safety initiatives across commercial and defense programs. She has seen firsthand what happens when human systems are designed well — and what it costs when they aren't.
She is the author of Creating Culture: Empowered Leadership for Systems Change, a Forbes contributor, and a KEXP world music radio host. Her parallel career as a DJ sharpened her ability to read complex systems in real time and shift collective energy — skills that translate directly into her organizational work.
