Hey there, I'm Jyoti Jani, the founder of Spille: Play. With a knack for spinning tunes as a DJ, guiding teams as an engineering leader, and designing innovative solutions as an organizational designer, I've worn many hats in my career.

This is why I started Spille: Play.
As a woman of color with a background shaped by diverse experiences, I bring a perspective that fosters safety and inclusivity within teams, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.
As a former Fortune 50 manager and enterprise leader, I have the inside knowledge to help with organizational learning and functional processes in our work, designing for enduring results.
As an artist, DJ, and radio personality, I use artful tendencies and immersive experiences, elevating the journey toward transformation into an engaging and memorable adventure.
